After remaining in darkness for 17 years, a long-paused project in the heart of Posadas has been brought back to life. In just a year and a half, construction entrepreneur Silvana Ratti transformed the dormant structure into Cyra Tower, a residential landmark that now joins the skyline along Roque Sáenz Peña Avenue—an artery known for its growing collection of high-rise developments.
With a commanding presence and sweeping views over the Paraná River, Cyra Tower offers what many are calling one of the most privileged perspectives in the city.
A Project That Called Her Name
“For me, this is deeply emotional,” Ratti shared during the inauguration. “It’s one of those projects that seems to call you. I passed by this place countless times until one very special day when I said to myself: I want to finish that project.”
Shortly afterward, a real estate agent contacted her. “He told me, ‘I have something for you, but I know you won’t like it because you prefer to build your own projects.’ We visited the site the next day. At first, my team said, ‘No, we’re not getting involved here.’ But once we began to see its virtues—the view, the functional layout of the apartments—we fell in love.”
Redesigning the Concept
Cyra Tower features two- and three-bedroom apartments, with the three-bedroom units occupying entire floors. The development also incorporates spaces that were not part of the original design, now transformed into premium amenities.
Residents can enjoy:
-
A SUM (multipurpose room)
-
A fully equipped gym
-
Rooftop terraces overlooking the river
-
Barbecue areas designed for gatherings at height
-
Garage facilities and electric vehicle chargers
-
Exclusive penthouse units
During the inauguration evening, guests toured several floors of the building, appreciating the careful attention to detail—from spatial optimization to lighting design and the selection of high-quality materials. A live violin performance added elegance to the atmosphere, blending harmoniously with the lively conversations among attendees.
Identity, Concept, and the Moon
Beyond its architecture, Cyra Tower was conceived with a strong identity. One of the defining inspirations was the moon reflected over the Paraná River.
“One of the things that struck me most was the view and how the moon looked from here,” Ratti explained. “That’s why we named it Cyra, which means ‘moon’ in Persian.”
To bring this vision to life, local artist Mónica Ambrozevich created a unique installation in the building’s entrance hall, depicting lunar craters through glass fusion art pieces. The concept extends throughout the development, with each apartment designed to feel distinctive—ensuring that entering one’s home becomes a true experience.
Gratitude and Legacy
Ratti expressed her gratitude to the clients who invested in the project even before it had a name or rendered visuals, as well as to the real estate professionals who encouraged her to take on the challenge. She also thanked her family, who have accompanied her through every milestone.
Seated in the front row were her son, her sister Carolina, and her mother Liliana—witnesses to each of her inaugurations.
The evening held special emotional significance. “I should be at mass right now, and I dedicate this to him, who was and remains my guide,” she said, holding back tears.
On July 3rd marked the 13th anniversary of the passing of Omar Ratti, a respected construction entrepreneur whose work left a lasting imprint on the province.
With Cyra Tower, Posadas not only gains a new architectural landmark—it recovers a dream, illuminated once again, rising proudly as a balcony to the moon above the Paraná River.
