Pasarela Federal Celebrates its Third Edition, Showcasing the Talent of Argentina’s Fashion Industry
The prestigious Hotel Hilton in Puerto Madero served as the vibrant epicenter for the third edition of Pasarela Federal, a platform founded by Ingrid Grudke, Mica Mattaloni, and Ailen Siboldi. Over two dynamic days, the event brought together designers, models, and industry leaders to celebrate the rich tapestry of creative diversity within Argentine fashion.
Held on September 19 and 20, this year’s edition emphasized the platform’s commitment to federal identity, offering a stage for the work of designers, brands, and emerging talents from across the nation’s regions. The founders, Grudke, Mattaloni, and Siboldi, each with over two decades of experience in the fashion industry, created this platform to foster new opportunities and visibility for creators nationwide.
Unlike fashion events that center around a single aesthetic, Pasarela Federal proudly highlights the various identities, stories, and perspectives that define Argentine design. Throughout the event, twelve designers showcased their collections to industry influencers, specialized media, and an enthusiastic audience.
The front row was graced by both historical and contemporary icons from the fashion world. Noteworthy attendees included Adriana Costantini, Nequi Galotti, Evelyn Scheidl, Lucía Miranda, Elio De Angeli, Gastón Laisse, and Fabio Toñanez, along with several celebrities, communicators, and design figures. The likes of Valeria Parodi, Andy Garmendia, Griselda Pelozzo, and Pitu Di Marco also supported the event, further highlighting its significance in the fashion calendar.
Behind the scenes, a dedicated team of professionals ensured the success of the runway shows. Estudio EFFE, led by Franco de los Santos and Fernando Enríquez, was responsible for the stunning hairstyles, while Gervasio Larrivey and his team delivered exquisite makeup artistry. The overall styling was managed by Roxana Harris and Gime Bright, complemented by designer footwear from Luciano Marra and eyewear from Óptica Control.
The edition received substantial support from the Hotel Hilton, Hifiman, Silkey, La Oma, Front Row Studio, Balie Management, ProFit, and Upra Agencia de Marketing.
Pasarela Federal aims to stand out as more than a mere calendar of fashion shows. It envisions becoming a central hub for dissemination, connection, and growth for emerging designers, providing them with the opportunity to exhibit their creations to the industry and forge new relationships.
In a landscape where Argentine fashion is often geographically concentrated, Pasarela Federal endeavors to expand this perspective, elevating the roots, techniques, cultures, and identities that flourish in diverse provinces. The third edition powerfully underscored that the richness of Argentine design is found not in uniformity but in its vast diversity.
