Ñande Kera Lodge: Where nature and tranquility come together.

Deep in the natural landscape of Misiones, where native forest meets streams, waterfalls and the quiet rhythm of nature, Ñande Kera Lodge offers a different way to experience the province: intimate, comfortable and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Opened in December 2025, the lodge was created by Paola Tagliabue and her husband, Rodolfo Zaleski, as the realization of a personal dream. In Guaraní, Ñande Kera means “Our Dream” — a name that perfectly captures the spirit of the property.

Set across almost 25 hectares of jungle, woodland and natural surroundings, Ñande Kera is designed for travelers looking for privacy, tranquility and an authentic Misiones experience.

Three suites, complete privacy

The lodge features three exclusive suites, each designed for two guests, creating an intimate atmosphere with a maximum capacity that normally remains between 10 and 12 people.

This limited number of guests is one of Ñande Kera’s greatest attractions. Rather than feeling like a conventional hotel, the property offers the sensation of having your own private retreat in the middle of the jungle.

Every suite has internet access, while the surrounding property invites guests to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with nature.

Waterfalls at your doorstep

One of the lodge’s most remarkable features is the Persiguero Stream, which crosses the property and creates two waterfalls.

The larger waterfall is located directly in front of one of the suites, while the second is located near the restaurant.

Both the stream and waterfalls can be enjoyed by guests for swimming, creating an experience that is difficult to replicate in a conventional accommodation.

Guests can also walk along trails surrounding the stream, enjoy fishing and explore the natural environment at their own pace. Bicycles will soon be available for guests who want to discover the property on two wheels.

A gourmet experience in the jungle

Ñande Kera’s restaurant is another central part of the experience.

With capacity for up to 50 people, the restaurant offers gourmet cuisine with three-course lunches and dinners, including starter, main course and dessert.

Breakfast is served continental-style, while afternoon tea is also available.

The restaurant is not exclusively for lodge guests. Visitors can also come to spend the day and enjoy lunch, or book an afternoon experience combining a tour of the property with tea.

This makes Ñande Kera an attractive option not only for travelers staying overnight, but also for visitors looking for a special culinary and nature experience in Misiones.

From intimate escapes to special events

With space for up to 50 guests and a fully equipped kitchen and tableware, the restaurant can also host birthdays, weddings, corporate meetings and private celebrations.

For smaller gatherings, the lodge has a separate quincho for up to 25 people, creating a more relaxed social space surrounded by nature.

The quincho includes a pool table and table tennis, recently added to give guests another way to enjoy their time at the property.

There is also a swimming pool for guests looking to relax after exploring the surroundings.

A lodge built from a dream

There is a particularly personal story behind Ñande Kera.

Paola is a lawyer, while Rodolfo is a builder — and it was Rodolfo who built the lodge himself.

Together, they transformed their vision into a hospitality project where architecture, nature and personal attention are part of the same experience.

That origin gives Ñande Kera something that is difficult to manufacture: a sense of place and personal identity.

More than accommodation

Ñande Kera Lodge is not simply a place to sleep.

It is a place to slow down.

To wake up surrounded by the Misiones forest. To walk beside a stream. To swim beneath a waterfall. To enjoy a gourmet meal surrounded by nature. To spend an afternoon exploring the property or simply doing nothing.

For international travelers discovering Misiones, the lodge offers an opportunity to experience a side of the province beyond its famous attractions — one where the jungle becomes part of the accommodation itself.

For those looking for a private nature escape, a romantic getaway, a small celebration or simply a peaceful place to reconnect with nature, Ñande Kera may be one of Misiones’ emerging hidden gems.
